The Midwest Section is calling on our members to volunteer for the next Section Service Project. For this service project, we will be gathering at the Tarrant Area Food Bank Learning Garden to assist with maintenance of the garden. Additional information is available below related to the type of activities we will be doing.

Volunteers are invited to help on workdays in our Learning Garden. No prior experience is required, however volunteers should feel comfortable lifting, bending, stooping and working in outside weather conditions.
 
Individuals as young as 8 years old may volunteer in the Learning Garden; however, ages 8-13 years old MUST have one adult chaperone for every 3 children. Ages 14-15 years old MUST have one adult chaperone for every 10 youth.
